"Zerde" National ICT Holding

«Zerde» National ICT Holding JSC is a holding founded with a view to facilitating the development of ICT industry in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Holding’s major activity areas are: e-Government development, promotion of e-services and Kazakhstan Internet domain, promotion of IT education in Kazakhstan and development of corporate governance within the group of companies that constitute the Holding.

The complete package of shares is owned by government represented by Ministry of Communication & Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (mci.gov.kz).

Holding comprises six affiliate and subordinary organizations.
